“Welcome back, Tama-chan.” Had circumstances been different, he would have been jumping off the walls - literally and metaphorically, perhaps - upon seeing his goatling son return from wherever he went after Easter had ended. Hell, he was still happy to see him, and that wouldn’t change.

But maybe it was a little bit different than how it could have been. Instead, he just sat on the floor, hugging the goat that had been missing for so long as he chewed away at his ‘mother’s’ hair.
