The Garden was…..interesting, to say the least. Dunkel was dark, and definitely not the kind of place Kaito ever expected himself to be in (not that he really ever got a choice), but then again….he really couldn’t complain. At least it didn’t feel like he was being controlled anymore. He already had too much of that for two lives.

However, that wasn’t to say that everything from his past had disappeared- the exact opposite, in fact. As he began to roam around his new home, checking out all the sights of the town called Asmoral, he spotted a familiar face sitting inside what appeared to be a cafe. Not necessarily a welcome sight, but hey, they had made up before she had killed him last, right?

Without any hesitation, Kaito walked into the shop and bent over to mutter in Mayu’s ear-

“Long time no see, yandere-chan.”
